Black Currant Syrup are fantastic syrups that have real fruit flavor. They are excellent for mixing with carbonated water, drizzled on ice creams or angel food cake to make an unforgettable dessert. They can be mixed to make distinctive and unique liquor beverages.
The infusions are made with de-ionized grape concentrate through a gentle, low heat process. Fruit is strained out of the syrup after it has been sweetened and softened. Fruit is then either frozen wet for later use, or dried gently to produce a raisin-like product. Enjoy and refrigerate after opening.
